Starting Now

Look, everyone! I drew a picture with more than two people in it and it's got depth! I'm so proud of me. (I'm sure I'll hate it in a month or two, so don't mind my big ego. I have to enjoy it while I can. )

SO! These are all OCs of mine, from my novel-in-progress. Technically these four never actually go on a hike through mountains together (although I did draw a short comic featuring this scenario), but two of them live near a small range of mountains so I suppose they could if they wanted to. ^^

And I haven't really gotten all their outfits down yet, either... originally Soreru (the one in the middle) had a black jacket, but it seemed too dark for him, so I made it blue. Admittedly blue dye is rather hard to come across, but when you live in a palace and work for a king I suppose you can afford that kind of thing once in a while.

Oh, and I apologize for the bad quality of the image-- I have to take pictures of my art with a camera to put them on the computer, and the editing program that comes with it... well, the most advanced thing it does is crop the image. X_x

Stupid Artemis got carried away with coloring Mihir's hair and she colored his eye brown, too... since I did NOT want to start over, my dad came up with the perfect solution, and now it's blue, like it should be. Guess what we did to fix it and get a (figurative) cookie! =3
